Cannot drop the Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) group (ID or name ‘%.*ls’) at this time.  The WSFC group is not in a state that could accept the request.  Please wait for the WSFC group to enter a terminal state and then retry the operation.  For information about this error, see error code 5023 in “System Error Codes” in the Windows Development documentation.
