SQL Server Error Description for the Code :41069

The existence of availability group data for the availability group ‘%.*ls’ in the Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) store could not be determined.  The local WSFC node may be down, or a previous CREATE AVAILABILITY GROUP or DROP AVAILABILITY GROUP operation has failed.  Please use DROP AVAILABILITY GROUP command to clean up previously failed operations.  Verify that the local WSFC node is up before retrying the operation.
