Cannot read the persisted configuration of Always On availability group with corresponding resource ID ‘%.*ls’. The persisted configuration is written by a higher-version SQL Server that hosts the primary availability replica. Upgrade the local SQL Server instance to allow the local availability replica to become a secondary replica.
