Startup of the Always On Availability Replica Manager has been terminated, because the ‘FixQuorum’ property of Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) is not present. The prerequisite Hotfix, KB 2494036, might not yet be installed on your Windows Server 2008/Windows Server 2008 R2 systems.
