Creation of a TSQL endpoint will result in the revocation of any ‘Public’ connect permissions on the ‘%.*ls’ endpoint.  If ‘Public’ access is desired on this endpoint, reapply this permission using ‘GRANT CONNECT ON ENDPOINT::[%.*ls] to [public]’.
