Cannot execute query. Semantic affecting hint ‘%.*ls’ appears in the ‘%.*ls’ clause of object ‘%.*ls’ but not in the corresponding ‘%.*ls’ clause.  Change the OPTION (TABLE HINTS…) clause so the semantic affecting hints match the WITH clause.
