Join the 2027 Actuarial Insurance Consulting Graduate Programme in Property & Casualty, based in London, Reigate, or Cambridge. As part of WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team, you will contribute to impactful projects from day one, combining deep insurance consulting expertise with innovative technology.

In this role, you will:

• Engage in various client projects, learning from leading experts in the market.
• Utilize actuarial and statistical modeling techniques to analyze data and produce insightful results for clients.
• Present your analysis both internally and to clients, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the UK and globally to tackle real-world actuarial problems.
• Build your core technical and consulting skills through hands-on experience and team support.
• Learn and apply open-source tools and proprietary technology solutions used widely in the insurance market.
• Grow through structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts.

To be successful in this graduate role, you should be:

• Highly numerate and analytical, capable of solving complex commercial problems with innovative approaches.
• A clear and confident communicator, able to make complicated ideas understandable for various audiences.
• Personable and motivated to work as part of a supportive team.
• Comfortable using AI tools, with an understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Interested in AI, data science, and emerging technologies, with an aptitude for exploring new problem-solving methods.

Qualifications include at least a 2:1 degree, A-level Mathematics at grade A or above, and a minimum of 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent qualifications.

Workstyle expectations include being in the office at least four days a week, with your office location determined during the onboarding process. You may also need to travel to other WTW offices for team or client meetings.
