The Analytics & Sales Program at Bloomberg presents a distinctive opportunity to gain expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement, laying the groundwork for a long-term career in the Financial Solutions sector. You will commence your journey in Analytics, directly assisting Bloomberg Professional Services clients within the global financial community.

In the Analytics division, you will provide round-the-clock support to Bloomberg users worldwide, addressing a multitude of client inquiries through Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat. Your role will involve solving complex workflow challenges and helping clients maximize the benefits of Bloomberg’s products and services. Daily, our teams handle tens of thousands of inquiries in over 15 languages, assisting portfolio managers with risk analysis and traders in identifying new market liquidity sources. As Bloomberg continues to innovate, you will collaborate with clients to introduce new products, deliver training, support onboarding, and enhance the effective use of technology within their organizations.

Additionally, you will work closely with Sales teams on strategic initiatives, honing your skills and relationship management capabilities, which will prepare you for future roles within Financial Solutions. As your expertise develops, you will have the chance to transition into Sales, where you will act as a trusted advisor, building enduring client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities to deliver Bloomberg solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Exposure to markets in the Middle East and a keen interest in the region’s financial landscape.
• Ability to start in a Full-Time position in November 2026 or February 2027.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the financial services industry.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to build a long-term, client-facing career in Financial Solutions.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to improve workflows.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and potential relocation to the Middle East.
• Flexibility to work weekends or on public holidays as needed.

• Practical experience with Python or other programming languages.
• Previous roles in client relationship management or customer support.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
