Join our dynamic Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team as a Graduate Analyst in Ipswich, where you will embark on a two-year program designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in actuarial practices. As part of one of the largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms globally, you will contribute to helping clients manage their risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive graduate program that spans various aspects of the CRB business.
• Develop your technical expertise by tackling real-world actuarial problems in areas such as Pricing, Reserving, and Capital Modelling.
• Present your findings to colleagues and clients, building strong relationships across diverse sectors including cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, supported by mentorship from seasoned professionals.
• Work towards becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, with full support from WTW.

Requirements

• A natural problem solver with strong analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers and conducting analyses.
• A confident communicator, skilled in relationship building.
• Curious and eager to learn and apply new knowledge.
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline, or a 2:1 in a non-numerate discipline along with an A at A-Level Maths.
