Join our esteemed Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team as a Graduate Analyst in London, where you will contribute to our mission of helping organizations navigate their risks. As part of a global team with over 49,000 colleagues in more than 140 countries, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large multinationals, providing them with data-driven insights and exceptional service.

This two-year graduate program is designed to immerse you in various aspects of the CRB business, allowing you to build your technical knowledge and skills in tackling real-world actuarial challenges. You will work closely with industry-leading professionals, presenting your findings to both colleagues and clients, and fostering strong relationships across different sectors, including cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.

Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing professional development and training, along with mentorship to support your journey towards becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Your role will encompass all facets of actuarial work in General Insurance, including pricing, reserving, and capital modeling.

To succeed in this role, you should be a natural problem solver with a sharp analytical mind, comfortable working with numbers, and a confident communicator capable of building relationships. A minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline is required, or a 2:1 in a non-numerate discipline accompanied by an A at A-Level Maths.
