Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year graduate program focused on developing knowledge and skills across the Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) business.
• Assist in implementing a Global Specialities data strategy by analyzing current data and analytics approaches.
• Gain insights into the insurance industry and client needs through practical experience.
• Collaborate with a line of business while reporting to the central global data strategy division.
• Understand and apply the organization’s data and analytics strategy to address daily business challenges.
• Learn how data is structured and connected across various business systems, and utilize analytical tools for effective decision-making.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data, presenting findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients in sectors such as cyber, financial institutions, marine, and construction.
• Engage in continuous professional and personal development, supported by a thorough induction and bespoke learning journeys.
• Pursue a Level 6 Data Scientist apprenticeship qualification.
