Join our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team as a Graduate Data Analyst in London, where you will play a crucial role in helping organizations navigate their risks. As part of one of the largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms globally, you will contribute to impactful decisions that affect clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations.

This two-year graduate program is designed to enhance your skills and knowledge across various aspects of the CRB business. You will assist in executing a Global Specialities data strategy by analyzing existing data practices and gaining insights into our clients’ needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a specific line of business while also collaborating with our central global data strategy division.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive graduate program to build expertise in the CRB sector.
• Support the implementation of a Global Specialities data strategy through analysis of current data approaches.
• Develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry and client requirements.
• Apply the organization’s data and analytics strategy to solve business challenges.
• Learn about data structure and connectivity across business systems while gaining practical analytical experience.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data, presenting insights through reports and visualizations.

Qualifications
