Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions utilized across the organization. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to cultivate the technical and consulting skills necessary for a successful career as a next-generation AI engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents that automate, augment, and optimize business processes across various domains.
• Build and enhance Generative AI applications utilizing prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, knowledge retrieval, and emerging AI frameworks.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions by analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Contribute throughout the AI solution lifecycle, including design, development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design evaluation frameworks and apply responsible AI principles to enhance quality, reliability, accuracy, safety, governance, and business impact.

Your Team

You will be part of the Chief AI Office (CAIO), which is responsible for driving the enterprise-wide AI transformation within the organization. Our mission is to create scalable AI platforms, intelligent agents, and reusable capabilities that enable teams to work more efficiently. In this collaborative environment, you will work alongside AI engineers, software developers, solution architects, product managers, and business experts, gaining exposure to real-world AI challenges while contributing to impactful projects.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are graduating between September 2025 and September 2027, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and system design. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development practices are essential. Candidates should also have an understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, and experience in building AI or machine learning applications.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to analyze processes, break down complex problems, and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. A curiosity and desire to thrive in a dynamic business environment are key attributes we seek.

Program Overview

The Graduate Talent Program spans 24 months and is designed to equip you with the skills necessary for career advancement. It begins with an introduction to the firm, professional and technical training, and foundational knowledge about the Chief AI Office. Throughout the program, you will have opportunities to learn from colleagues and develop new skills, as well as participate in rotations to broaden your experience.
