Your Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and delivering projects within the Solutions team, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.
• Actively contribute to the implementation, documentation, and communication of innovative solutions that address clientsâ?? business challenges.

Your Team

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) serves as UBS’s internal consulting unit, comprising a dynamic and diverse team of over 500 professionals across five regions globally. As part of the Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO), GIC collaborates closely with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change, supporting UBS in achieving its strategic goals. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and offers consultants a diverse portfolio of projects, empowering them to take charge of their career development.

Your Expertise

• Graduating between September 2025 and September 2027.
• Completion of degree and meeting all graduation requirements by the program start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience.
• At least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in the first undergraduate degree.
• Foundational skills in Python, Git, APIs, and writing clean, testable code.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn is desirable.
• Understanding of data preparation, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and basic statistics.
• Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow through coursework or projects.
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is advantageous.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and state management.
• Awareness of cloud platforms, Docker, model deployment, monitoring, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge and practical learning through university projects, internships, hackathons, or personal projects.

Your Program

The Graduate Talent Program spans 18 months and is designed to equip you with the skills necessary for career growth. It begins with an introduction to the firm, followed by professional and technical training, and core skills development in consulting. Throughout the program, you will learn from colleagues and have ample opportunities to develop new skills and expand your network. You will also participate in rotations to gain a broader understanding of the organization.
