2027 Summer Internship – Global Banking PFG – London Overview

Your Role

As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including:

• Participating in the origination and execution of mandates, while providing essential distribution and marketing support across different verticals.
• Supporting the teamâ??s origination efforts by contributing to pitch presentations and gaining insights into market trends and participants.
• Engaging in primary fundraising by working closely with General Partner clients throughout the fundraising process, from preparation to final closing.
• Assisting in liquidity and strategic solutions, including restructuring funds and aiding institutional investors in liquidating or monetizing their holdings.
• Gaining knowledge in fundraising, advisory, restructuring, and recapitalization assignments across various real estate market sub-segments.

Your Team

You will be part of the Global Banking Private Funds Group in London, where you will acquire in-depth knowledge about primary and secondary fundraising markets, as well as the real estate sector. Your role will be crucial in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters.

Your Expertise

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are in their penultimate or final year of studies.
• Are on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate/bachelor degree.
• Can demonstrate how the responsible use of AI can enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Exhibit values of hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration.
• Possess strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Are motivated to thrive in a demanding business environment with tight deadlines.
• Have an interest in the financial industry, regardless of their major.

Your Program

During this 10-week paid internship, you will work alongside industry experts, gaining valuable insights into our clients and operations. You will be integrated into our business, learning from colleagues and participating in daily activities. Mentorship will be provided, and you will have opportunities to develop new skills and network. Successful interns may receive offers to return for our Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
