Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales goals for the Accenture account.
  • Apply effective discovery and value-based selling techniques to foster and strengthen relationships with senior executives.
  • Align with client leadership on their business challenges and secure sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figmaâ??s products.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic account plans by analyzing client priorities and initiatives, and identify opportunities for expansion through multi-threaded relationships at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Figmaâ??s solutions effectively, drive sales negotiations, and ensure customer success.
  • Enhance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking opportunities to foster long-term partnerships.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience selling to or within major organizations such as Accenture or other Big 4 firms (PWC, KPMG, EY, Deloitte), or a proven track record of closing large enterprise software or SaaS deals.
  • Demonstrated success over multiple years in closing complex sales, particularly with enterprise clients employing over 5,000 employees.
  • Consistent performance in pipeline generation for new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing lengthy sales cycles, typically lasting nine months or more.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies that focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Preferred skills include selling technical solutions to engineering, product, or design teams at the highest levels, and certifications in deal qualification and prospect discovery.
