We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to join our dynamic team at TPP. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of our company and involves formulating both short- and long-term goals. As an Account Manager, you will lead the execution of various global projects and implementations, while also supporting client expansion and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Your responsibilities will include working directly with our customers, as well as local, provincial, and national governments. You will also support our network of worldwide suppliers and business relationships, influencing the future use of IT in healthcare globally.

If you have prior experience in the industry, particularly in pre-sales or consulting, and are familiar with a wide range of communication channels, we would love to hear from you. However, if you are a friendly and approachable individual with no prior experience, you may still excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product advancement and business development by familiarizing customers with the benefits of our expanding product range.
• Represent the company brand at international events.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships and company resources.
• Participate in business negotiations for new and potential business opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and assist in formulating service plans.
• Support the implementation of key performance indicators to showcase customer project results.
• Coordinate internal and external cooperation.

Requirements

• Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level.
• Minimum AAB at A-level.
• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Adept in English (writing and speaking).
• Achieve a score of 550/750 or above in Gaokao.
