Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced digital transformation professionals to join as Agile Business Analysts at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level. This role involves working closely with clients to help them understand and implement innovative digital and AI-enabled technologies, supporting the development of AI-driven products and services, and ensuring solutions are user-centric and deliver real value. The successful candidate will play a key role in end-to-end projects, collaborating within Agile Scrum teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in exploring and applying new digital and AI technologies, including identifying and prioritizing opportunities driven by data and AI.
- Support the integration of automation and generative AI features into client digital products, enhancing their capabilities and user experiences.
- Guide clients in delivering smarter, insight-led user experiences by leveraging emerging AI trends and capabilities.
- Navigate complex issues related to data ethics, responsible AI use, and governance, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are maintained.
- Act as a liaison between business requirements and technological solutions, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with user needs and deliver measurable value.
- Lead and contribute to user-centered design projects, working across design, product, and testing teams.
- Participate actively in Agile Scrum teams, translating user research into stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting delivery activities.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, using analytical and communication skills to support project success.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in developing user-centered digital products or services, with a focus on transformation projects.
- Proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams, supporting all phases from research to testing.
- Knowledge of GDS standards for digital services.
- Strong skills in translating user needs and business requirements into clear stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to mediate between business and technical teams, and between waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA.
- Understanding of technical concepts like microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and influencing abilities.
- Experience supporting Scrum activities and ceremonies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, and Retail.
- Supporting internal team operations, including recruitment, client development, and mentoring.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or User-Centered Design.
- Awareness of AI, automation, and data-driven product development trends.
- Experience or interest in generative AI tools like copilots, automation, and content or code generation.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
