Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced Digital Business Analysts to join their team, focusing on helping clients adopt and implement digital and AI-enabled solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI and data-driven innovations, designing and delivering impactful digital products and services, and supporting organizations in navigating emerging technological trends such as automation and responsible AI use.

As a key member of the Digital Factory community, you will be involved in end-to-end user-centered design projects, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams that include design, product management, development, and testing. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working within Agile Scrum frameworks to ensure successful project delivery. Building strong stakeholder relationships and leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills are essential components of this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing user-focused digital solutions, working within Agile teams, and familiarity with government digital standards such as GDS. Technical knowledge of microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, are required. Additional experience supporting various sectors, certifications in Business Analysis or Agile delivery, and an interest or experience in AI and automation are highly desirable.
