Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Agile Business Analyst, at either Consultant or Senior Consultant level, focusing on Digital Excellence. This position involves working with clients to implement innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions that drive transformation and deliver tangible business value. The role is part of a dynamic Digital Factory community, emphasizing user-centered design, problem-solving, and technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients in exploring and applying new digital and AI technologies, helping them identify opportunities driven by data and AI.
- Design and deliver digital products and services that transform business operations and generate measurable benefits.
- Lead comprehensive user-centered design projects, collaborating across design, product, and testing teams.
- Work within Agile Scrum teams, translating user needs into detailed stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting all phases from research to deployment.
- Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships, leveraging analytical and communication skills to meet team objectives.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Support the integration of AI and automation solutions, including generative AI tools, ensuring responsible and ethical use.
- Utilize tools like JIRA for requirements gathering and support technical analysis involving microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute to projects across sectors such as public services, utilities, financial services, retail, and consumer products, bringing sector-specific insights.
- Assist in internal team activities like recruitment, client development, mentoring, and training.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in developing user-centered digital products or services, with a successful project delivery record.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments, supporting all project phases.
- Knowledge of GDS standards and practices for digital service delivery.
- Ability to convert user and business needs into detailed stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with requirements tools such as JIRA and understanding of technical concepts like microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Leadership skills to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure team alignment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Preferred experience across multiple sectors, including public, utilities, financial, and retail industries.
- Supportive of internal team functions such as recruitment, client engagement, and mentoring.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or User-Centered Design are advantageous.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, and data-driven development, with some exposure to AI or Machine Learning use cases.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and considerations around AI ethics and governance.
