This position involves working with clients to implement innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions that drive business transformation and deliver tangible value. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding and exploring how to implement new digital and AI-enabled technologies and platforms, providing strategic guidance on their application.
  • Design, advise on, and deliver innovative products and services that facilitate business transformation and generate measurable value for clients.
  • Lead and contribute to comprehensive user-centered design projects, collaborating across teams involved in design, product development, and testing phases.
  • Work within Agile Scrum teams, taking responsibility for understanding user requirements, translating these into user stories, and establishing clear acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively through analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery process by facilitating collaboration between business partners and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals.
  • Participate in activities such as requirements gathering, documentation, and supporting the integration of AI and automation features into digital solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of AI and data-driven opportunities, including embedding generative AI capabilities and addressing ethical considerations around AI use.
  • Engage in continuous learning about emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital product development, supporting the adoption of innovative technologies.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in developing user-centered digital products or services, with a focus on transformation projects.
  • Experience working within multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams, supporting all project phases from research to testing.
  • Knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and best practices.
  • Ability to translate user and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency with requirements capture tools such as JIRA, and familiarity with architectural concepts like microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building collaborative relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and activities to ensure team alignment and goal achievement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ideally, candidates will have experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, and Retail, along with certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or User-Centered Design.
  • Interest or experience in AI, automation, and data-driven development, including generative AI tools and ethical considerations.
