Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced digital transformation professionals to join as Agile Business Analysts at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level. This role involves working closely with clients to design and implement innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value. As part of the AI & Digital Factory, you will support organizations in identifying AI and data-driven opportunities, embedding automation and generative AI into digital products, and creating intelligent, insight-led user experiences. You will act as a key link between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring user-centric design and value delivery.

Our Business Analysts play a vital role in bridging the gap between client requirements and technical implementation, working within multidisciplinary Agile Scrum teams. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, translating these into detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting the end-to-end delivery process. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in developing user-centered digital products or services, with a background in Agile Scrum environments supporting all project phases from research to testing. Familiarity with GDS standards, requirements management tools like JIRA, and technical concepts such as microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure is essential. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.

Additional desirable experience includes working across various sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, and Retail, supporting internal team operations, and holding relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or User-Centered Design. Exposure to AI, automation, and machine learning use cases, especially generative AI tools, is advantageous. Candidates should also be aware of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
