Role Overview

The AI Consulting & Advisory Partner will be instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s AI vision, driving enterprise-wide transformation, and delivering measurable business impact. This role involves collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to architect and scale AI-first solutions, promote responsible innovation, and position the organization as a leader in the AI market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
• Lead the integration of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics into core business processes, enabling sustainable transformation and competitive advantage.
• Architect and oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiativesâ??from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and scaling.
• Translate complex AI opportunities into tangible outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in one or more sectors (e.g., BFSI, CPG/Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare) and advise on sector-specific challenges and regulatory environments.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, visioning sessions, and strategic planning to build consensus and secure leadership commitment.
• Guide clients through AI adoption, change management, and capability building.
• Lead technical teams in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, ensuring best practices in cloud, DevOps, MLOps, and data governance.
• Oversee risk assessment, ethical AI deployment, and regulatory compliance.
• Publish research, whitepapers, and intellectual property in AI and related fields.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and academic collaborations.
• Drive internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and a culture of experimentation.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional, global teams, fostering diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelorâ??s/Masterâ??s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 15+ years in technology consulting, AI/ML strategy, or enterprise architecture (20+ years preferred for CXO-level engagement).
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale AI initiatives, including GenAI and agentic AI deployments.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale client engagements.
• Recognized contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or industry standards.
• Commitment to Responsible AI principles: fairness, transparency, and compliance.
• Ability to foster innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in talent development and leading global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of high-impact roles with strong brand recall and industry distinction.
