Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced professionals to join their innovative Agile Transformation team, focusing on AI-empowered organizational change. This role involves leading and shaping large-scale Agile and Scaled Agile transformations for major clients, with a strategic emphasis on embedding AI as a core operational capability. The team works closely with senior executives such as CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Transformation to redesign operating models, governance structures, and funding mechanisms to foster systemic adaptability and AI-native ways of working.
The successful candidate will contribute to developing client proposals, bids, and strategic offerings, while also mentoring team members and advancing their own expertise through certifications and complex project involvement. Key skills include diagnostic design, stakeholder engagement at executive levels, proposition development, and practical experience in Agile and AI integration within large organizations. Candidates should demonstrate a strong advisory toolkit, experience in enterprise agility, and a clear perspective on AIĆ¢??s impact on organizational coordination and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Join a fast-growing Agile Transformation team leading change initiatives for strategic clients.
- Enhance organizations’ ability to deliver iterative change rapidly and effectively.
- Support the transition from traditional delivery to systemic adaptability, redesigning operating models and governance structures to respond to market volatility.
- Embed AI as a fundamental part of the operating model, influencing decision-making, coordination, and value creation.
- Design new portfolio governance frameworks, decision rights, and funding models focused on outcome-driven decisions.
- Develop foundational operating models, including persistent teams, value streams, and adaptive governance aligned with AI-native practices.
- Shift focus from mere delivery agility to systemic adaptability, leveraging AI for structural advantages.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategic proposals and thought leadership content.
- Contribute to the development of AI-Empowered Agile offerings, whitepapers, and industry insights.
- Lead business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and relationship building.
- Mentor and develop team members through internal initiatives and hiring efforts.
- Deepen personal expertise through certifications, complex project work, and collaboration with senior practitioners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consulting, diagnostic design, and engaging with senior executives at CIO, COO, or Transformation Head levels.
- Experience in proposition development, bid leadership, and service offering design related to Agile transformation.
- Hands-on experience working with business and IT teams to plan and execute Agile programs, creating Blueprints and Roadmaps linked to business outcomes.
- A developed view on how AI influences organizational coordination, decision latency, governance, and operating model design.
- Ability to frame AI adoption as a systemic challenge involving operating models and governance, not just tooling.
- Experience designing human-AI collaboration models within Agile teams and value streams, maintaining human judgment and accountability.
- Knowledge of structural barriers to AI adoption, especially in regulated sectors, including regulatory, audit, and funding constraints.
- Interest or experience in using AI to augment consulting activities like diagnostics and market intelligence.
- Experience designing Agile Value Stream operating models for large, complex organizations, including Lean Portfolio Management and participatory budgeting.
- Practical experience implementing scaled Agile practices such as Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning, with an understanding of Agile maturity assessments.
- Ability to manage cultural, governance, and organizational change to accelerate Agile adoption.
- Strong coaching, training, and mentoring skills aligned with Lean-Agile principles and customer-centricity.
- Effective client relationship management and reporting skills to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Proven ability to apply strategic and innovative approaches to complex technical and analytical challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement.
