Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced professionals to join their innovative team as Senior Consultants or Managing Consultants specializing in AI-Enabled Agility. This role involves working within a dynamic and rapidly growing Agile Transformation team that leads large-scale Agile and Scaled Agile initiatives for strategic clients. The focus is on helping organizations improve their ability to deliver iterative changes quickly, with a strategic shift towards systemic adaptability that incorporates AI as a fundamental component of organizational structure.
Role Overview
As part of this team, you will be instrumental in redesigning operating models, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes to enable organizations to respond effectively to market volatility. Your work will involve embedding AI into the core of organizational operations, ensuring it acts as a structural enabler rather than a superficial addition. You will design operating models that include persistent teams, value streams, and adaptive governance aligned with AI-native principles.
You will engage with senior leaders such as CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Transformation to shape strategic proposals, develop new service offerings, and foster strong client relationships. Your contributions will extend to business development activities, including preparing proposals, bids, and client presentations, as well as shaping thought leadership through whitepapers and industry insights.
Candidate Profile and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a robust consulting background with experience in diagnostic design, structured problem-solving, and engaging at the executive level. You should have a proven track record in executing Agile transformation programs, creating blueprints and roadmaps, and understanding how AI impacts organizational coordination and governance. Knowledge of how to design human-AI collaboration models and embed AI into Agile practices is essential. Experience with scaling Agile practices such as Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning, along with coaching and mentoring skills, will be highly valued.
