Capgemini Invent is seeking experienced professionals to join their innovative team as Senior or Managing Consultants specializing in AI-empowered agility and enterprise transformation. This role involves leading and shaping large-scale agile and AI-driven change initiatives for strategic clients, focusing on transforming organizational operating models, governance, and decision-making processes to foster systemic adaptability and AI-native ways of working.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives such as CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Transformation, providing expert advice, developing proposals, and contributing to thought leadership activities including whitepapers and industry content. They will help design and implement operating models that embed AI into organizational structures, ensuring AI influences coordination, decision-making, and value creation rather than being a superficial technology layer.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients in redesigning portfolio governance, establishing persistent teams and value streams, and shifting from mere delivery agility to systemic adaptability. The role also involves embedding AI as a core capability, designing human-AI collaboration models, and addressing structural barriers to AI adoption such as regulatory and funding challenges, especially in regulated sectors.
Candidates should possess a strong consulting toolkit, experience in proposition development, and a proven track record in Agile transformation programs. They should have a clear perspective on how AI impacts organizational design and governance, with the ability to articulate these insights to senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience with scaled Agile practices, coaching, and mentoring teams is essential, along with excellent client relationship management skills.
Capgemini offers a range of benefits including recognition as a top UK employer, flexible working arrangements, comprehensive wellbeing programs, and opportunities for career growth. The organization values inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility, actively supporting candidates with disabilities and fostering an environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
This role is based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, with the expectation of flexibility in assignment locations, including periods away from home. The remuneration package includes flexible benefits and performance-based bonuses.
Capgemini is a global leader in AI-powered business and technology transformation, with a diverse workforce of over 420,000 employees across more than 50 countries. The company is committed to responsible practices and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies worldwide.
