The Role

We are seeking talented AI engineers to join our dynamic and efficient engineering team in London. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing production-ready AI agents that enhance patent-related services.
• Improving existing proprietary agents and tools for drafting, analyzing, and evaluating patents.
• Managing context effectively for AI systems to ensure they can handle thousands of documents while maintaining high-quality output.
• Creating specialized tools and integrations to support AI context management.
• Collaborating with intellectual property experts to engineer prompts that optimize AI performance.
• Building a robust evaluation pipeline to maintain high-quality AI output and guide research and development efforts.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Expertise in Python and experience in deploying AI agents or evaluation pipelines in a production environment.
• Experience with context engineering and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with back-end development and Postgres databases.
• Knowledge of front-end development using Typescript and React.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Publications in leading machine learning conferences or related fields are a plus.
