Join Capgemini Invent as an AI Engineering Consultant or Senior Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in driving transformation through advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems. This position focuses on bridging the gap between AI prototypes and the integration of data and AI solutions into business operations, ensuring responsible and reliable scaling of AI solutions.

Your Role

• Assess and implement a robust MLOps framework, governance, and best practices in line with industry standards.
• Design and deliver comprehensive AI/ML systems, covering data preparation, model development, deployment, feature stores, and model management.
• Develop solutions utilizing the latest Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks, including ADK, Langgraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Llamaindex.
• Translate AI use case requirements into data and AI architectures using appropriate cloud services from major providers.
• Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and orchestration of large language models across platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Embed safety, evaluation, and assurance mechanisms throughout the AI lifecycle to ensure ethical and explainable solutions.
• Convert business and functional requirements into technical blueprints and guide multi-disciplinary teams in their execution.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions deliver business value and impact.
• Contribute to business development by creating client-ready demonstrations, supporting proposals, and showcasing delivery patterns.
• Engage in internal contributions by developing reusable assets and frameworks that enhance delivery across accounts.
• Participate in capability development through thought leadership, blog posts, and internal accelerator development in emerging AI engineering topics.

Your Profile

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting mindset, demonstrating success in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical client sponsors to collaboratively design requirements and build solutions.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing MLOps strategies and frameworks, successfully delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation harnesses, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in designing cloud-native data and AI architectures across platforms like Azure, GCP, AWS, and/or Databricks.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase how scaling AI can unlock business value and impact.
