Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their team. This role involves designing, building, and operationalizing advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems at an enterprise scale. The focus is on bridging the gap between AI prototypes and fully embedded business solutions, ensuring these solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive MLOps frameworks, establishing governance and best practices aligned with industry standards.
• Create end-to-end AI and ML solutions, covering data preparation, model development, deployment, feature store management, and ongoing monitoring.
• Leverage the latest Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks such as ADK, Langgraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Llamaindex to build innovative solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical architectures utilizing cloud services across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Design and deploy Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and orchestrating large language models across cloud platforms.
• Embed safety, ethical considerations, and evaluation mechanisms throughout the AI lifecycle to ensure responsible AI deployment.
• Convert business and functional requirements into technical blueprints and lead multidisciplinary teams to execute these plans effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions generate tangible business impact.
• Support business development by creating client-ready demos, assisting with proposals, and showcasing delivery methodologies.
• Develop reusable frameworks and assets to accelerate AI project delivery and contribute to internal communities and best practices.
• Engage in thought leadership activities, including writing blogs and developing internal accelerators on emerging AI topics such as Agentic AI and LLMOps.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working within a major consulting firm or industry environment, demonstrating a consulting mindset and success in a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and build solutions.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions and MLOps strategies from concept through to production.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing cloud-native AI architectures on platforms like Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Ability to demonstrate how scaling AI can unlock significant business value and impact.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as Azure (Foundry, AI Studio, OpenAI), GCP (Vertex AI), and AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Proficiency in building and automating AI/ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, and Airflow.
• Experience with Generative and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Google ADK.
• Ability to design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrate with large language model APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and containerization tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Optional skills include evaluating AI system performance, understanding data patterns like lakehouse architectures, and familiarity with API gateways and event streaming.
