Category IT Jobs
Job Type Full Time
Location Rest of UK

Bloomreach is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead its AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) program, a critical initiative that leverages artificial intelligence to generate qualified sales pipeline across multiple global regions, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This role involves defining the strategic direction of the program, overseeing its execution, and ensuring measurable ROI. The successful candidate will work closely with platform operations managers to ensure the AI platform functions optimally, and with SDR teams and leadership to troubleshoot and improve lead quality, prioritization, and handovers. A key focus will be transitioning from manual batch targeting to continuous, signal-driven enrollment based on account scoring and engagement signals, enhancing the buyer experience by ensuring outreach is relevant and timely. The Program Manager will develop automated dashboards for real-time tracking of program metrics and results, and will identify opportunities to expand the AI SDR pattern into other areas such as event follow-ups and re-engagement campaigns. Within the first three months, success will be demonstrated by stabilized outbound volume, clear ROI metrics, resolution of SDR pain points, automation of reporting, increased pipeline size, and the launch of at least one new AI-driven program.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI SDR program end-to-end, managing it across multiple regions and ensuring it meets performance targets.
  • Set the strategic direction, including target audiences, messaging, and operational workflows.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound outreach efforts, ensuring AI agents generate qualified pipeline opportunities effectively.
  • Monitor key metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline created, and ROI, providing regular, data-driven reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with platform operations managers to ensure the AI platform’s optimal performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work with SDR teams and their leaders to identify and resolve issues related to lead quality, follow-up, and handovers, implementing improvements through AI tools or process changes.
  • Transition targeting from manual batch processes to continuous, signal-based enrollment, defining the logic and overseeing its implementation.
  • Enhance the buyer experience by ensuring outreach is triggered by meaningful signals and guides prospects effectively.
  • Maintain live dashboards tracking program volume, results, and ROI, moving away from manual exports for real-time insights.
  • Identify and lead the expansion of the AI SDR pattern into other areas such as event follow-up and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Achieve measurable success within three months by stabilizing outbound efforts, demonstrating ROI, resolving SDR pain points, automating reporting, increasing pipeline size, and launching new AI programs.

Requirements

  • Experience managing programs with clear performance metrics in demand generation, SDR/BDR, or GTM functions, with accountability for outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI workflows in production environments, including automations relied upon by teams.
  • Ability to define requirements, challenge development teams, and distinguish issues caused by AI versus data quality, without needing to code.
  • Strong understanding of ROI modeling, including building cost-per-outcome analyses and explaining them clearly, with a preference for live dashboards over static presentations.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve team or process issues at their root, especially related to lead quality and operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience working directly with frontline sales teams such as SDRs and AEs, and their managers, to optimize program performance.
  • A customer-centric mindset, focusing on outreach value from the buyerĂ¢??s perspective rather than just efficiency metrics.
  • Technical aptitude to interpret workflows, question data models, and quickly learn new AI tools or platforms, with familiarity or willingness to work with Salesforce, Qualified, Salesloft, UserGems, and Claude.
  • Comfort working across multiple regions, languages, and time zones, with an understanding of international markets.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) tools, vendor AI platforms, and B2B SaaS demand generation is a plus.

Benefits

  • A culture emphasizing independence, trust, and results, with flexible working hours and a virtual-first approach supported by regional hubs.
  • Opportunities for personal growth through workshops, competency mapping, and leadership development programs, including coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Comprehensive well-being support, including access to counselors, sleep and meditation apps, and quarterly days dedicated to relaxation and team bonding.
  • Generous parental leave policies offering up to 26 weeks for primary caregivers.
  • Participation in company success through stock options or restricted stock units, along with performance-based bonuses.
  • Employee referral bonuses up to $3,000 and recognition of work anniversaries (‘Bloomversaries’).
  • A dedicated annual budget of $1,500 for professional development courses, certifications, and learning resources.
