Role Overview

In this position, you will analyze customer data to increase process transparency, understand their pain points, and translate these into actionable use cases within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate with clients and partners to uncover core challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve their strategic objectives. Your work will involve quantifying the financial impact of these use cases and preparing presentations for senior management, including C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine customer data to identify inefficiencies and improve process clarity.
• Translate customer pain points into practical use cases within the Celonis platform.
• Work with clients and partners to uncover business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Calculate the financial benefits of implemented use cases and prepare management-level reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior decision-makers in a clear, compelling manner.
• Leverage Celonisâ?? AI and data modeling capabilities to generate insights and high-impact value propositions.
• Promote Celonisâ?? AI solutions and strategic vision to clients, aligning them with their broader AI initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through technical expertise and business understanding.

Candidate Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant program such as Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with potential customers.
• Confidence in presenting to senior executives and large audiences.
• Interest in technology, data analytics, OpenAI, and large language models.
• Experience or strong interest in consulting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; completion of Celonis Rising Star modules is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills.
• Availability from October or November for at least five months.
• Motivated to explore full-time opportunities through Celonisâ?? Orbit Graduate Program after the internship.
