Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled AI Platform and Site Reliability Engineering Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their Cloud Advisory team. This role focuses on leading cloud transformation initiatives that are automation-first and AI-ready, working closely with clients across various industries to design, assess, and evolve cloud operating models that leverage the latest in AI and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice to clients on developing cloud operational frameworks that emphasize automation and AI integration.
- Perform detailed assessments and audits of current cloud models to identify areas for standardization, automation, and AI readiness, translating insights into future-state designs.
- Create target cloud operating models, including service management frameworks and organizational structures, aligned with client strategies and cloud maturity levels, ensuring processes are practical and measurable.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and maturity of cloud transformation efforts, utilizing operational data and analytics, and recommending improvements such as intelligent monitoring and AIOps practices.
- Utilize expertise in strategy, service management, agile, DevOps, and organizational design to deliver impactful business outcomes through cloud initiatives.
- Collaborate across organizational levels to innovate and implement cloud transformation solutions, contributing to practice growth.
- Advise clients on applying large language models, copilot tools, and agentic AI within cloud models, including use cases like automation, intelligent triage, and AI-supported decision-making.
- Assist clients in understanding AI governance, data quality, and transparency considerations for responsible AI adoption.
- Engage in business development activities such as preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing new propositions, while also participating in internal campaigns and practice development.
- Commit to continuous learning through certifications, training, and active participation in AI communities.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in transforming business operations via technology, with a focus on organizational change and process redefinition.
- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL V4/V5 frameworks, including incident, change, problem management, and service desk operations, with an interest in automation and AI integration.
- ITIL certifications at the Foundation level or higher are highly valued.
- Practical experience with Generative AI platforms and understanding of their integration into cloud and ITSM workflows.
- Interest in agentic AI patterns and autonomous agents impacting IT service delivery.
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and modern delivery pipelines.
- Proficiency in managing and architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including core services like compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security standards and compliance requirements to ensure secure and resilient cloud environments.
- Experience in consulting or industry roles, with the ability to operate effectively within matrixed organizations and support proposition development.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ongoing learning in AI through certifications, projects, or community engagement.
- Business development skills, leveraging existing relationships and networks to generate new opportunities.
