• Data engineering tasks, including creating synthetic data pipelines and managing large datasets.
• Development of agentic systems that incorporate reasoning, tool use, and memory components.
• Evaluation and benchmarking of models, emphasizing safety, alignment, and the use of large language models as evaluators.
• Inference optimization through methods like quantization, model distillation, and deployment with vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should hold a PhD or Masterâ??s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or possess equivalent research experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the core focus areas listed above is essential.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with practical experience in PyTorch and distributed training techniques.
• A history of publishing in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, or ACL, or notable contributions to open-source foundation models.
