Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, and repair tasks on AIT systems and mechanical parts within our aerospace projects.
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of new aerospace equipment and systems.
- Work alongside engineering teams to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for compliance and reporting purposes.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working with Automated Infrastructure Technologies (AIT) and mechanical systems, ideally within the aerospace or space industry.
- Strong mechanical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals related to mechanical and automated systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to aerospace and mechanical work environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering, automation, or related disciplines.
