Location and Working Arrangement
The role is based in Oxfordshire, with a hybrid working model requiring approximately three days per week on-site at the companyâ??s location.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple ASIC development projects from initial specifications through to final tape-out and production release, ensuring all milestones are met successfully.
- Coordinate efforts among multidisciplinary teams including digital design, verification, FPGA, mixed-signal, analog, and system engineering to achieve project goals.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships by managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
- Lead project review sessions, track technical progress, and ensure delivery timelines are adhered to.
- Work closely with technical leads to challenge assumptions, identify potential risks, and keep projects on track.
- Support projects spanning various applications such as automotive electronics, quantum technologies, sensing, and industrial systems.
- Ensure all projects comply with quality standards and meet customer expectations throughout the development process.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Strong technical background in ASIC development, with initial experience in digital design, verification, FPGA, SoC, or analog IC design, progressing into leadership roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and challenge technical decisions when appropriate.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within the semiconductor or deep-tech industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with a variety of technological domains, including automotive-grade mixed-signal devices, quantum tech, sensing, and FPGA systems, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to remain technically engaged while overseeing project delivery, broadening expertise across different engineering disciplines.
