OC&C Strategy Consultants is seeking talented graduates for the position of Associate Consultant for the 2027-28 cycle in our London office. This role offers a competitive starting salary of £54,000, complemented by a £7,000 signing bonus and an annual performance bonus. We have multiple start dates available, including March 2027, September 2027, January 2028, and March 2028, with limited spaces for each.

As an Associate Consultant, you will engage in diverse projects across various sectors, typically managing around ten projects per year. This structure is designed to facilitate a rapid learning curve, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills. You will work closely with project teams to analyze client challenges and devise tailored solutions, leveraging our unique philosophy of ‘uncommon sense’. Our firm emphasizes collaboration, and you will receive extensive training and coaching from our Partners and senior team members.
