Bid Lead Overview

Accurx is seeking a dedicated Bid Lead to join their team, responsible for spearheading the creation and submission of bid proposals aimed at securing new business opportunities. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments such as sales, technical, and legal teams to gather information, develop compelling proposals, and ensure all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end bid process, from initial client engagement through to final submission.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and craft comprehensive, persuasive proposals.
• Ensuring all bid documents adhere to client requirements, company standards, and are delivered on time.
• Analyzing client needs and customizing proposals to demonstrate how Accurxâ??s offerings meet those needs effectively.
• Maintaining and improving bid management processes, including developing templates and best practices.
• Monitoring bid progress, analyzing outcomes, and applying lessons learned to future bids.
• Supporting strategic planning for bid activities to expand the company’s market presence.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading bid or proposal efforts, preferably within healthcare, technology, or related sectors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive proposals.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into compelling bid documents.
• Team-oriented approach with effective collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of tendering processes and procurement standards is advantageous.
• Experience with bid management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
