The Bright Sparks Work Experience Programme 2027 at Burges Salmon offers an exciting opportunity for students in S4 to S6 to gain insight into the workings of a law firm. This one-week program is designed for those curious about a career in law or those simply exploring their options in the professional world.

During the week from 7 to 11 June 2027, participants will engage in various activities aimed at building confidence and developing key workplace skills. These include CV writing, interview preparation, communication, and teamwork. Students will also have the chance to learn how legal and business professionals help clients tackle significant challenges and make a positive impact.

Participants will work collaboratively on team challenges, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving great results. Additionally, the program provides exposure to a variety of career paths within the firm, including:

• Legal teams
• Finance
• Marketing
• IT
• Corporate Responsibility
• Client Support and Operations
