Mirakl, a leader in marketplace innovation since 2012, is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their team in London for a six-month, full-time period starting in January 2027. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a global organization that empowers retailers and B2B companies to launch and grow their online marketplaces through Miraklâ??s comprehensive platform and AI-powered multichannel solutions.

The Team and Role Overview

You will be part of the B2C Customer Success team for the EMEA North region, led by Patrick Luetjens. Your direct mentor will be Jessica Winwards, Senior Customer Success Consultant for the UK. Together, you will assist clients in launching, optimizing, and expanding their marketplaces by guiding them through implementation, analyzing performance data, and recommending continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine client marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that support growth and better outcomes.
• Create engaging presentation materials and workshop content in English to help clients understand their marketplace performance and strategic options.
• Perform market research within the e-commerce landscape to gather insights on competitors and emerging trends, informing client strategies and Miraklâ??s product development.
• Work on cross-functional projects with international teams to enhance Miraklâ??s industry standing and internal initiatives.
• Assist Customer Success leaders with strategic support, daily activities, and special projects to ensure excellent client results.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Enrolled in a Bachelorâ??s or Masterâ??s program in Business, Economics, or a related field, with the legal right to undertake an internship in London.
• Interest or initial experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization and presentation creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative problem solver capable of working independently and within a team in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and their application in business efficiency.
• Professional, adaptable, and capable of managing complex or challenging business situations.
