Requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience in business development, pre-sales, or similar positions within the technological field.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its execution.

• Knowledge of trends in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, copilots, agents, and automation.

• Experience in environments that combine technical and commercial capabilities.

• Multidisciplinary profile with technical and business experience.

• Ability to conceptualize solutions aligned with client needs.

• Ability to communicate with clients at both technical and business levels.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership capacity in transversal environments.

• Initiative, proactivity, and results orientation.

• Interest in innovation and market trends.

• At least 10 years of experience, ideally in consulting/technology.

• Fluent English level for a professional environment. Other languages are valuable.

The role

Develop business by participating in the acquisition of new clients and in the definition of new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering).

Participate in commercial processes, leading the value proposition and the construction of offers in this field, in coordination with technical and delivery teams.

Drive specific commercial initiatives oriented towards the adoption of solutions based on copilots and governed agents applied to software development.

Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities in current and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this transversal line.

Strategy and portfolio management.

Participate in the definition of the commercial and growth strategy associated with AI for Software Engineering, aligned with the company’s global strategy.

Co-define, together with operations teams and other Lines of Business, the portfolio of services and offerings in this field, structured around services such as:

• Governance of copilots and agents
• AI-assisted code generation, review, and modernization
• AI-assisted QA and test automation
• Optimization of the software lifecycle through AI

Identify market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio.

How you'll work

? 26 days of annual leave (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 24 and 31 December as company holidays by default)

? Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.

Partner and ecosystem management

Manage the relationship with technological partners relevant to this line, both existing and new.

Collaborate with managers of other Lines of Business in the management of already established partners.

Identify, develop, and consolidate new strategic alliances specific to the field of AI applied to software development.

Participate in co-selling initiatives and joint development of opportunities with technological partners.

Internal coordination and transversality

Act as a reference in the field of AI for Software Engineering within the organization, working transversally with multiple LoBs.

Coordinate with technical teams (BTS) responsible for the design and delivery of services, participating mainly in pre-sales and solution definition phases.

Establish synergies with other Lines of Business to ensure a coherent positioning within the global portfolio.

Economic and operational management

Collaborate in the definition and management of the budget associated with this line of activity, monitoring the fulfillment of objectives.

Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan within your area of responsibility.

Marketing and communication

Identify and participate in events, initiatives, and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication area.

Support the generation of content and the positioning of the company in this field.
