What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives on strategic deals as a Subject Matter Expert, providing insights on market trends and developing deal strategies.
• Engage with senior business leaders to understand their challenges and goals, offering strategic advice on how Pigment’s solutions can drive business outcomes.
• Lead consultative workshops with clients to create a roadmap for their transformation planning vision.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in AI applications in Finance, participating in industry events to showcase the impact of our solutions.
• Champion value-based selling and collaborate with regional leaders to identify expansion opportunities that enhance Net Revenue Retention.
• Empower internal teams to effectively position and sell Pigment’s solutions by promoting a value-based approach.
• Contribute to the development of self-service business value assets to support sales efforts.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• You have over 15 years of experience in Finance, Business Value Consulting, or related fields, ideally with a mix of consulting and senior Finance leadership experience.
• You possess deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management and finance processes.
• You have experience deploying AI in Finance and understand its transformative potential.
• You can analyze complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a proven track record of building trusted relationships with customers and executive sponsors.
• You are strategically minded and can align transformation initiatives with customer priorities.
• You have a collaborative leadership style and are willing to travel as needed.
