Join KnowBe4 as a Channel Sales Engineer in London, where you will play a crucial role in the Channel Sales team. This position is focused on providing pre-sales technical support to prospective partners and clients for all KnowBe4 products, as well as assisting partners in their sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with potential partners to thoroughly understand and define their technical needs and issues.
  • Facilitate the sales process of KnowBe4 products by maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with partners and their prospects.
  • Promote brand awareness of KnowBe4 products in alignment with reseller interests.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, prospects, and existing clients to support Partner Program goals, utilizing corporate resources effectively.
  • Resolve technical challenges that may hinder the closing of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to execute and oversee technical proof-of-values (POVs) for potential partners and clients.
  • Serve as the main technical contact for prospective partners and clients.
  • Provide education to current partners on KnowBe4 products, focusing on technical enablement.
  • Investigate and document technical issues, relaying findings to the development team or clients as necessary.
  • Create and maintain test environments for qualified partners.
  • Assist Channel Account Managers in utilizing all available Sales Engineering resources in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a 2-year degree or a relevant technical degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering is required.
  • Familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience using web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Highly organized with a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment in all professional interactions.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
