The Team
The Chief People Organization serves as a strategic partner across the bank, focusing on employee recognition, development opportunities, and wellness support.
Programme Overview
This 10-week summer internship allows participants to rotate through various functions, working on impactful projects that align with business objectives and enhance engagement.
Training and Development

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects across the Communications & Marketing team that contribute to key brand, engagement, and business objectives.
- Support initiatives across the team including Internal Communications, External Communications, Marketing, Employer Brand, social media, and Events.
- Assist with the creation of engaging content for a variety of channels, including intranet articles, social media posts, presentations, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Support employer branding and attraction activities that help promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Participate in projects focused on audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, content strategy, and continuous improvement across communications and marketing activities.
- Contribute to event planning and execution, helping to deliver both internal and external events that enhance employee and stakeholder engagement.
Eligibility
- Must be pursuing a BachelorĂ¢??s or MasterĂ¢??s degree with a completion timeframe between September 2027 and July 2028.
- On track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
- Must be available to join the programme from June 2027 to August 2027.
- Candidates who perform well may be offered full-time roles starting in July 2028, with some lines of business offering January or April start dates.
