Commercial Manager Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager, where you will have the opportunity to enhance your commercial awareness and contribute significantly to TPPâ??s ventures both in the UK and internationally. In this role, you will be tasked with researching the legal and commercial landscapes of new markets, identifying risks, and establishing corporate structures to facilitate business operations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing bids for new contracts, including national frameworks and high-value agreements, as well as reviewing company policies to ensure they remain relevant. You will also manage contract performance to ensure that we meet customer expectations and conduct meetings with key stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and variations. Furthermore, you will lead the delivery of these agreements while collaborating closely with various teams within the organization.

No previous experience is required for this position, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, you should possess a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• A predicted 2:1 degree classification or higher.
• Minimum AAB grades at A-level.
