Commercial Manager Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager, where no prior experience is necessary. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their commercial awareness while contributing significantly to TPP’s growth in both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the legal and commercial landscape of new markets, both in the UK and abroad.
• Identify and communicate risks associated with new business opportunities.
• Establish corporate structures to facilitate business delivery.
• Prepare bids for new contracts, including national frameworks and high-value contracts.
• Review company policies to ensure they are relevant and effective.
• Manage contract performance to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and variations.
• Lead the delivery of agreements, collaborating with various teams within the organization.

Requirements

• A predicted 2:1 degree classification or higher.
• Minimum AAB grades at A-level.
