Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Consultant or Senior Consultant with expertise in technical business analysis, specifically for candidates holding SC (Security Check) clearance. This role involves collaborating with technical architects and consulting teams to help clients define and develop their future business models, craft compelling cases for change, and design and implement digital transformation initiatives. A key focus of this position is on AI-driven projects, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance business capabilities and deliver measurable results.
In addition to project delivery, you will be actively involved in business development activities such as preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, developing client pitches, and participating in client events. You will also contribute to internal growth through campaign development, think-tank participation, whitepaper authorship, and supporting practice development activities like operations, recruitment, and team-building events. Continuous professional development is encouraged through training, certifications, and skill enhancement programs to foster your career progression.
Candidate Profile and Skills
We are looking for candidates with strong capabilities in several core areas:
- Assessing new demand requests by evaluating their strategic relevance, benefits, scope, and timing.
- Performing Business Analyst activities during the initial phases of projects, including requirements gathering and scope definition.
- Engaging with client stakeholders across all levels to elicit, document, and validate business needs effectively.
- Analyzing current processes to identify improvement opportunities and designing optimized solutions.
- Managing small project teams and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of changes.
- Architecting delivery solutions using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, supporting the delivery of features or larger epics.
- Leveraging delivery expertise to identify future business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Creating detailed business models, process diagrams, and data/system documentation to accurately represent organizational functions.
- Developing system and data models, along with documentation, to ensure requirements are traceable and aligned with system functionality.
- Formulating acceptance criteria based on business scenarios to facilitate testing and validation.
- Analyzing user experience needs and presenting findings in an accessible manner.
- Leading complex AI-enabled initiatives that significantly transform business capabilities and deliver measurable client benefits.
