The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that utilize artificial intelligence to enhance business capabilities and achieve measurable results.

In addition to project delivery, the role offers opportunities for involvement in business development activities such as preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and contributing to client pitches. Internal contributions include developing campaigns, participating in think-tank discussions, authoring whitepapers, and supporting practice development activities like operations, recruitment, and team events. Continuous professional growth is encouraged through training and certification programs.

Candidate Profile and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate new demand requests by assessing their strategic relevance, benefits, scope, and timing. Experience in conducting early-stage business analysis, including requirements gathering and initial scoping, is essential. The candidate should be adept at engaging with a broad spectrum of client stakeholders, from junior to senior levels, to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

Strong analytical skills are necessary to review existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop comprehensive business models and diagrams that depict organizational structures, processes, and relationships. The candidate must have experience managing small project teams and coordinating with third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

Designing delivery solutions using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, supporting the delivery of features or larger epics, is a key requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading complex, AI-enabled initiatives that significantly transform business capabilities and deliver tangible client benefits. Skills in creating system and data models, documenting functionalities, and developing acceptance criteria are also important.
