This role involves close collaboration with technical architects and consulting teams to help clients shape their future business models, develop compelling change cases, and implement digital transformation strategies that leverage artificial intelligence to improve business capabilities and deliver measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in strategic initiatives, managing end-to-end project delivery, and contributing to business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and event hosting. Internal contributions include developing marketing campaigns, participating in think-tanks, authoring whitepapers, and supporting practice development activities such as operations, recruitment, and team events. Continuous professional growth is encouraged through training and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical architects and consulting teams to define client business models, develop change propositions, and lead digital transformation projects.
  • Manage AI-centric initiatives from conception through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable client benefits.
  • Support business development activities by leading or assisting in proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
  • Participate in internal campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development activities to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and certification activities to stay current with industry trends and skills demands.

Candidate Profile & Skills

  • Ability to assess new demand requests, validate their strategic relevance, scope, and benefits.
  • Experience in early-stage project activities such as requirements gathering and initial scoping.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, from junior to senior.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and improving business processes, creating models, and documenting workflows and data relationships.
  • Experience leading small project teams and coordinating with third-party vendors to deliver successful changes.
  • Capability to design solutions using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, supporting feature or epic delivery.
  • Strong delivery background with an ability to identify future opportunities and articulate business value.
  • Competence in system and data modeling, requirements traceability, and developing acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to analyze user experience needs and present findings clearly and accessibly.
  • Proven track record in leading complex AI-enabled projects that transform business operations and deliver client value.
