We are currently seeking mid-level and senior Data Scientists or Machine Learning Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire process, from ideation and research to production deployment. You will have the opportunity to work within one of several teams (Mapping, Matching, Pricing, or Supply) and tackle significant challenges such as ETA prediction, routing, map matching, dynamic pricing, bipartite matching, driving style prediction, and LLM integration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to address complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Research, prototype, and implement machine learning models into production environments.
- Continuously enhance existing algorithms and identify potential areas for new algorithm development.
Requirements
- Possess a strong academic background in a STEM discipline.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning for mid-level positions; 5 years for senior roles.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of probability and statistics.
Nice To Have
- Experience with geospatial data or routing, particularly relevant for the Mapping team.
- A background in operations research or combinatorial optimization, especially for the Matching and Pricing teams.
- Experience deploying real-time or latency-sensitive machine learning systems.
