The company is based in a vibrant tech hub and offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing employees to work either fully in-studio or on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who need to move to join the team.

About the Role

This position is focused on supporting the launch and promotion of new games through digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the performance marketing team to execute campaigns, create advertising content, and analyze campaign performance. The role offers a hands-on experience in setting up paid media campaigns, writing engaging ad copy, and supporting the overall go-to-market strategy across multiple digital platforms. Working within a data-driven environment, the assistant will have opportunities to develop skills in performance marketing, contribute to measurable campaign outcomes, and learn from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
• Create and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with strategic media plans.
• Write clear, compelling ad copy tailored to each platform’s tone and the brandâ??s personality.
• Assist in setting up campaign tracking links and collaborate with web teams to implement analytics tools for measuring campaign success.
• Gather monthly performance data and financial information, process purchase orders, and coordinate with the finance department to meet reporting deadlines.
• Brief creative teams on advertising asset requirements, review assets for compliance with specifications, and support delivery to advertising partners.
• Monitor competitorsâ?? launch activities, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
• Stay informed about platform updates that could influence campaign setup, billing, or creative strategies.
• Develop analytical skills by interpreting marketing data to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and assist in testing new marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience in setting up paid media campaigns, whether through an agency or in-house marketing team.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup and asset review.
